In-class:
Worked on Weather Projects.
I will go over how to create your charts at the beginning of next class, but here are some basic directions.
Google search - Google Sheets
Open a blank document
If you refer to your project handout you will see that there are three sets of data to compare: Air Pressure vs. Relative Humidity, Temperature vs. Dew Point, Precipitation vs. Relative Humidity.
Enter your 10 days worth of data for the two sections you are comparing. Keep your units on the category titles - not with the numbers.
October 1 October 2 October 3
Temperature (Degrees Celcius) 5 7 9
Humidity (%) 75 55 32
When you've entered all 10 days for the first comparison, highlight everything you've entered and go to Insert - Chart and your chart should pop up.
You can copy/paste the chart into a Word or Google Docs page and use it to write your paragraph analysis.
Repeat for the remaining comparisons.
Homework:
Try to complete your Weather Projects. If you're struggling with the Charts, I will go over this again on Wednesday in class. They are due at the end of the week on Friday. We will finish watching "ALMA" in class on Wednesday.
